The fine print.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Get Amplified Marketing governing access to and use of our website, services, AI-powered systems, and related offerings. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Get Amplified Marketing provides managed marketing infrastructure and digital services, including:

• Client Capture Pro System strategy, configuration, and management
• Bonovox AI voice agents, chat agents, SMS agents, and related conversation systems
• Website design, development, hosting, and conversion optimization
• Visibility Engine, SEO, local search, content, and AI-search presence work
• Reputation management, review request workflows, and follow-up systems
• Lead capture, booking, automation, reporting, and custom integration work

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI systems may interact with customers or prospects on your behalf
• AI-generated responses are based on information you provide and the system configuration we build
• AI systems may make automated decisions or recommendations within configured rules
• AI performance depends on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided

AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate responses and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Fees are outlined in your service agreement. Usage-based fees may apply for:

• AI voice agent usage, including inbound and outbound calls
• Phone, telephony, and call-routing services
• SMS and text messaging
• Email sending, AI chat interactions, and third-party platform usage where applicable

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including search rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, or ROI.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client inputs, budget, offer strength, and customer demand.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
